  • Tax compliance: preparation of income tax returns for corporations, individuals, estates and trusts; tax rollovers; amalgamations; GST Returns; payroll, and provincial sales tax return

  • Preparing financial statements (audited and unaudited) for businesses, non-profit organizations, trusts, estates, joint ventures, tax shelters, consolidations and amalgamations, individuals and other accounting firms

  • Computing amortization schedules for mortgages and loans

  • Beta tested electronic tax software for CCH Canadian Ltd.

  • Lectured and taught taxation, accounting, and “price and wage controls” at universities, businesses, other accounting firms, the Institute of Chartered Accountants and at venues for the Registered Industrial Accountants

  • Lectured to the Personal Computer Club of Toronto on Internet Spam, taxation, and currently host its MS Office Special Interest group
